This week the team have been out in search of the ever elusive Burberry outlet.
Burberry was founded in 1856 by 21-year-old Thomas Burberry who opened his first shop in Hampshire, and since then his label has come a very long way.
Burberry is now a global luxury brand with followers such as Sienna Miller and Gwyneth Paltrow and a turnover of more than £700 milllion.
So, naturally our search for their outlet led us to… Hackney.
Clothing and accessories typically have a third to 50% off. Plus, the outlet really is very nice once you get there. Well worth a visit, especially if you find yourself with an odd craving for one of their scarves just like I did.
Address: 29 Chatham Place, Hackney, London, E9 6LP
Nearest Tube: Bethnal Green – note, it is a bit of a trek from the tube – much better to persuade some kind sole to drive you or get a cabbie
Opening hours: Monday – Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm , Sunday 11.00am – 5.00pm
